King Law Group is expanding, and we’re looking for a sharp, business-minded Business Immigration Attorney who knows how to think strategically, move cases forward efficiently, and communicate clearly with sophisticated clients. This is not a back-office role—we’re looking for someone who wants to build, lead, and grow a strong employment-based immigration practice inside a busy, well-established firm.
Our client base includes entrepreneurs, startups, investors, hospitals, manufacturing companies, and multinational businesses. You’ll handle real cases with real impact—no paper-pushing, no fluff, no cutting corners.
What You’ll Handle:
H-1B, L-1A/L-1B, O-1, TN, E-2, E-B1, EB-2 NIW, EB-3, PERM, and adjustment of status
Corporate compliance and strategy planning
Employer and investor consultations
RFEs, NOIDs, motions, and complex case troubleshooting
Direct client contact and case ownership from start to finish
What We’re Looking For:
Active bar license (any U.S. state)
Strong experience in business/employment-based immigration
Confident legal writer and strategic thinker
Comfortable managing deadlines and a fast-paced caseload
High ethical standards—no shortcuts, no sloppy filings
Someone who actually cares about their work and their clients
Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. state
Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in business/employment-based immigration
Ethical, responsible, and reliable—no shortcuts, no sloppy work
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-focused law firm environment
Bilingual (Spanish or other languages) a plus but not required
King Law Group is a client-driven immigration and family law firm built on trust, strategy, and real results. We don’t believe in shortcuts, cookie-cutter filings, or false promises—every case is handled with precision, transparency, and respect for what’s at stake in our clients’ lives. From complex immigration matters and humanitarian relief to adoptions, guardianships, and family petitions, our work is guided by one simple principle: do it right the first time. Our clients come to us during some of the most stressful moments of their lives, and we take that responsibility seriously—fighting hard, communicating clearly, and standing beside them every step of the way.
