JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Juris Doctor degree (or equivalent degree)
- Admission to the North Carolina State Bar preferred.

Preferred candidates would have four to seven years of transactional experience and must have a working knowledge of syndicated credit facilities and leveraged finance transactions. Excellent academic performance and strong interpersonal skills are required.
