McGrath North is seeking a lateral attorney to join McGrath North’s growing mergers and acquisitions team in Omaha, Nebraska. The ideal candidate has two or more years of transactional M&A experience in a law firm or as in-house counsel. Prior experience should include conducting and managing due diligence, drafting and negotiating transactional documents, handling closings of acquisitions and divestitures and managing post-deal integration. Broad experience in a variety of corporate transactional matters preferred, including drafting governance documents for various entity structures, providing corporate governance advice and negotiating complex commercial contracts.
