Attorney - Environmental (Pesticides, Chemical Control) Associate
International law firm headquartered in Washington, D.C. is seeking an Environmental Associate with 2-4 years of experience in environmental, administrative, or regulatory law to join its preeminent national chemical practice to work in its Washington, D.C. Office.  Experience with the following is preferred, but not required: pesticides (FIFRA), chemical control (TSCA), FTC Act, or occupational safety and health (OSHA). Responsibilities may include direct contact counseling clients, enforcement defense, drafting opinion letters and memoranda, preparing rulemaking comments, and representing coalitions and trade associations.  Candidate should possess strong academic credentials, analytical, writing, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to assume immediate responsibility.
