McGrath North is seeking an experienced commercial real estate attorney to join our firm in Omaha, Nebraska.  The ideal candidate has multiple years of real estate transaction experience in a law firm, consulting firm, or as in-house counsel, including real estate development, sale and purchase, tax deferred exchange, leasing, real estate financing, M&A, construction, and related experience.  Candidates must have excellent legal research, writing and analytical skills, a record of academic achievement, and be self-starters who are able to work within a team environment and on their own. Candidates should expect and be comfortable with direct client interaction and advice. McGrath North is a growing and active firm located in Omaha, Nebraska with a highly competitive compensation structure and supports and encourages attorney growth.
