We are seeking a litigation attorney with 10+ years of experience for any of our California offices working on complex business litigation matters. Qualified candidates will have outstanding academic qualifications, superb research and writing skills, experience drafting and arguing complex motions in state and federal court and extensive discovery experience, including taking and defending depositions; trial experience is strongly preferred. The successful candidate will be able to manage multiple projects efficiently, work well as part of a team, and be willing to take ownership over significant projects. Admission to the State Bar of California is required. We offer a collegial, hybrid work environment; however, fully remote work may be an option, but only when feasible depending on client needs.
The salary range for a Senior Litigation Attorney position at Nossaman is $200,000 to $270,000 annually. The successful candidate’s salary for this position is reasonably expected to be set within this range; however, actual compensation will depend on a variety of factors, including, without limitation, the candidate’s qualifications and experience.
Annual Billable Hours Expectation: 1,600-1,800
