We are an American company based in Washington, D.C., primarily focused on Human Capital Consulting and Services and Management Consulting. We have been retained by clients to recruit the following positions: 15 Immigration Attorneys.
We are currently recruiting a confidential client: U.S. Immigration Attorney. These immigration attorneys must be licensed in one of the following states: the District of Columbia, Texas, California, Florida, Utah, Arizona, and New York.
Other U.S. Licensed attorneys in other states may be considered upon further review.

Responsibilities:
Our client is a law firm specializing in immigration law for individuals and businesses willing to relocate or do business in the U.S., seeking Immigration Attorneys with 5+ years of employment-based immigration and NIW experience. Must have a J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school and be an active member in good standing of the Bar.
An immigration attorney handles legal matters that pertain to immigration matters. Immigration attorneys interpret and provide advice on family immigration, employment-based immigration, business immigration issues, citizenship, and the processes people may secure status and visas.

The candidate will perform the intake of cases. Will review documents provided by the clients and their evidence to establish a case strategy. Draft and file petitions/applications. Communicate with clients regarding case processing and procedural issues. Update and manage status reports. Must have a J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school and be an active member in good standing of the Bar. Must have 5+ years of immigration experience. Must have experience managing a large caseload. Strong background in a full range of non-immigrant and employment-based immigrant categories, I-140 and I-485, and NIW, are essential.

U.S. Immigration Attorney must be licensed in one of the following states: the District of Columbia, Texas, California, Florida, Utah, Arizona, and New York. Other U.S. Licensed attorneys in other states may be considered upon further review (remote position in this case).
