The Staff Attorney takes an active role in all aspects of our practice, including managing discovery & filings in multiple matters and supervising junior professionals, however, travel is not expected.  Candidates must have 5 or more years of prior litigation experience (preferably federal), including with all stages of civil litigation. Candidates should also have exceptional organizational/project management experience, the ability to work independently and with a team, a background training/onboarding and/or serving as a mentor to junior attorneys, paralegals, or other litigation support professionals, strong analytical and writing skills, and a demonstrated commitment to civil rights and social justice. The applicant should also be a member of the NY bar or willing to become a member of the NY bar through reciprocity admission.

The salary scale starts at $140,000 (gross) for at least 5 years of civil litigation experience.
