Complex Litigation Attorney

Robinson+Cole, an AmLaw 200 firm, seeks an attorney with at least eight years of complex litigation experience to join its Business Litigation Practice Group in its Wilmington, DE office.    Partner level or counsel level position is potentially available, depending on whether applicant generates business.

We are looking for a candidate with superior academic credentials, excellent writing and analytical skills, and large-firm or equivalent experience to join our team.  Admission to the DE is required.  Law review experience and/or judicial clerkship experience are preferred but not essential.  The ideal candidate will be expected to assume substantial responsibility for all aspects of case management, including drafting briefs on critical motions, management of discovery, depositions and court appearances, and participating in all other aspects of complex case management.  Experience with the Delaware Chancery Court, Superior Court and Federal Court is required.  Bankruptcy experience is preferred.
